We are looking for an experienced Production Operator for our manufacturing company in the Czech Republic, in RAKOVNÍK. The successful candidate will have experience of working in industrial manufacturing and be able to work efficiently on an assembly line. The offer is suitable for candidates from Serbia, Ukraine – temporary refuge in the Czech Republic, EU citizens – Slovak Republic, Czech Republic, English speaking candidates with temporary residence.
- manufacture and sale of exhaust technology, fuel, heating and cooling systems
- assembly line operator
- quality control of products according to the prescribed procedure
- compliance with prescribed work procedures and quality standards
- work in a 3-shift operation as part of the logistics department (7.5-hour shifts)
- responsibility for the continuous flow of material from the warehouse to the production lines, supplying the line with materials
- ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
Wage conditions
- Basic salary: 23300,-CZK/month gross
- Personal evaluation: max. 1000,-CZK/month
- Team bonus: max. 14% of base salary
- Attendance bonus: max. 2000,-CZK/month
- Surcharge for work in the morning: 5,- CZK/hour
- Weekend pay: 25% of average wage
- Holiday pay: 100% of the average wage
- Night work premium: 15% of average wage
- Overtime allowance: 25% of the average wage
- Average basic salary: 1150 ,-€
- Average net salary: 900,-€
