We are looking for an experienced Production Operator for our manufacturing company in the Czech Republic, which is engaged in the production of car seats. The place of work is in BOR. The successful candidate will have experience working in industrial manufacturing and be able to work efficiently on an assembly line. Recruitment is being made direct to tribal status. The offer is suitable for candidates from Serbia, Ukraine – temporary refuge in the Czech Republic and EU citizens – Slovak Republic, Czech Republic.. Accommodation will be provided FREE OF CHARGE!

  • production of high-end seats for global automotive brands
  • assembly of parts, assembly line operator
  • quality control of products according to the prescribed procedure
  • compliance with prescribed work procedures and quality standards
  • work in 2-shift operation (7,5-hour shifts)
  • responsibility for the continuous flow of material from the warehouse to the production lines, supplying the line with materials
  • ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse

Wage conditions

  • Basic wage: 154,-CZK/hr gross
  • Personal evaluation: 0% – 20% of salary
  • Team bonus: 0% – 17% of salary
  • Attendance bonus: 0 – 2446,-CZK
  • Recruitment allowance: 100,- € or 2 500,- CZK / in case of no absenteeism, PN../
  • Motivational bonus: 20 000,-CZK when working 6 months /no absenteeism, sick leave/
  • Extra charge for afternoon work: 7,50,- CZK/hour
  • Holiday pay: 100% of gross pay
  • Night work premium: 10% of gross wage
  • Overtime premium: 25% of gross salary
  • Extra pay for weekend overtime: 10% of gross wage
  • SUMMER BONUS and WINTER BONUS: 50% of the basic salary, depending on the number of years of service in the company and internal conditions
