Your job will be:
- regular communication with employees and proactive resolution of requests and problems
- regular communication with supervisor, consultation of unexpected situations
- recruitment, job advertising, active recruitment7
- daily telephone and face-to-face communication with clients and job candidates
- dealing with labour law administration and daily operations
- processing of monthly attendance records and registering any absences of employees, completing attendance documents
- active cooperation with other departments of the EUROPERSONAL Group
- covering the efficient and smooth running of the contract
- building and maintaining relationships with clients on a daily basis
- checking attendance and performance on assigned projects
- attending internal meetings and providing regular reports
- market research
Personal qualifications and skills
- Ability to think independently, analytically and in a structured manner, diligence
- Independence and willingness to take responsibility
- Good self-organisation
- Flexibility
- Administration and reporting
- Knowledge of the English language a prerequisite
- Active driver
- Experience as a coordinator an advantage
- COORDINATOR min. 1 year in a recruitment agency – advantage

Wage conditions
- Basic salary: 1400,-€/month gross
- final salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate + motivational variable salary component
