We are looking for an experienced Production Operator for our manufacturing company in the Czech Republic, which is engaged in the production of car seats. The place of work is in Bezdečín/ Mladá Boleslav. The successful candidate will have experience of working in industrial manufacturing and be able to work efficiently on an assembly line. Recruitment is made directly to the tribal status. The offer is especially suitable for candidates from Serbia residing in the Czech Republic, Ukraine – temporary refuge in the Czech Republic. - production of high-end seats for global automotive brands
- assembly of parts, assembly line operator
- quality control of products according to the prescribed procedure
- compliance with prescribed work procedures and quality standards
- work in 3-shift operation (7,5-hour shifts)
- responsibility for the continuous flow of material from the warehouse to the production lines, supplying the line with materials
- ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
Wage conditions
- Basic salary: from 27 000,-CZK/month gross
- Personal remuneration: max 20% of gross salary
- Team bonus: max 15% of gross salary
- Personal remuneration: max 20% of gross salary
- Recruitment allowance: 100,- € or 2 500,- CZK / in case of no absenteeism, PN../
- Extra charge for afternoon work: 12,- CZK/hour
- Night work surcharge: 40,- CZK/hour
- Extra pay for work on Sat, Sun: 10% of gross wage
- Extra pay for overtime: 25% of gross wages (Mon-Fri), 50% of gross wages (Sat, Sun)
- Holiday pay: 150% of gross pay
