The production plant in Hlohovec employs approximately 600 employees and with the planned capacity expansion this team will grow further. The plant’s portfolio is the bumpers and the fifth (trunk) door.
- The production operator performs all assembly activities within the job classification

Wage conditions
- Basic salary: 980,-€/month gross
- performance, attendance bonus – 165€/month
- Extra charge for afternoon shift (14:00-22:00) – 0,27€/hour
- extra pay for night work – 1,61€/hour
- extra pay for working on Sundays – 4,03€/hour
- extra pay for working on Sundays – 4,310€/hour
- overtime premium – 25% of average hourly earnings
- additional pay for working on public holidays – 100% of average hourly earnings
