We are looking for an experienced Production Operator for our manufacturing company in Trnava. The successful candidate will have experience of working in industrial manufacturing and be able to operate production machinery efficiently and safely. This position requires strong technical skills, problem solving ability and a high degree of accuracy. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues. We are looking for a production operator for our production line in Trnava. This position is ideal for candidates who have experience in manufacturing operations. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. You will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Independent work according to the described work instructions,
- Visual and technical inspection
- Assembly, screwing, clipping, welding of plastics
- Completing audits, participating in analyses, engaging in process improvement,
- Calculation and recording of data
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing working conditions
- Work in 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

Wage conditions
- Basic wage: 5,92,-€/hour gross
- Monthly bonus = + 15% monthly performance bonus / approx. 130,-€/
- Night surcharge 1,724,-€/hour. gross
- Public holiday 100%; SATURDAY and SUNDAY – 30% of the average wage – minimum Saturday – amount 2,155,-€/hr Sunday – amount 4,310,-€/hr
- Average salary – 1 000,-€ to 1 100,-€ gross / month i.e. 800,-€ to 900,-€ / net
