We are looking for an experienced Production Operator for our manufacturing company in Voderady. The successful candidate will have experience working in industrial manufacturing and be able to work efficiently on an assembly line. Saturdays shift is scheduled for 14:00 – 02:00 and Sundays 18:00 – 06:00. Starting in September!
- production of high-end seats for global automotive brands
- assembly of parts, assembly line operator
- willingness to work in multi-shift operation (also night shifts)
- quality control of products according to the prescribed procedure
- compliance with prescribed work procedures and quality standards
- work in a 3-shift operation as part of the logistics department (7.5-hour shifts)
- the work also includes manual handling of materials in the warehouse, moving with a pallet truck
- responsibility for continuous material flow from the warehouse to the production lines, supplying the lines with material
- taking part in regular inventories
- responsibility for strict adherence to the FIFO system when removing material
- responsibility for the correct removal of material from the relevant docks according to schedule
- ensuring safe handling and protection of packaging from damage
- ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
- age ideally up to 45 years
- height limit 167cm
Wage conditions
- Basic salary: 489,-€/brutto
- extra pay for work on Saturdays: 2,155,-€/hour gross
- Sunday premium: 4,310,-€/hour gross
- night work supplement: 1,724,-€/hour gross
- Weekend shift surcharge Saturday: 10%
- Weekend shift surcharge Sunday: 15%
- Average gross salary 1029,-€/month
